Why Visit the Casa Botines?
Located in the Plaza de San Marcelo in the heart of León’s historic center, Casa Botines is a modernist building housing a museum dedicated to Antonio Gaudí. This majestic building is one of the few Gaudí works located outside Catalonia. With your ticket, you'll explore the main floor to learn about the building's history, including recreations of its former businesses: a fabric store from 1893 and a bank office from 1931. It is recommended to visit the second floor to see a recreation of a 19th-century home designed by Gaudí and the interactive exhibition Gaudí, the Architect of Dreams, offering a virtual overview of other architectural wonders by Gaudí.
