Why Visit the Casa Botines?
Located in the Plaza de San Marcelo in León’s historic center, Casa Botines is a modernist building that serves as a museum dedicated to Antonio Gaudí. Although Gaudí designed few works outside Catalonia, this building in León is significant. With your ticket, you'll explore the main floor, learning about the building's history and experiencing recreations of the businesses that once occupied it, including a fabric store from 1893 and a bank office from 1931. It is recommended to visit the second floor for a recreation of a 19th-century home designed by Gaudí and to view the interactive exhibition Gaudí, the Architect of Dreams.
