In this bicycle tour of León, we'll discover the city of Guanajuato, passing by its main monuments while learning about its history.
Description
At the designated time, we will meet at Wagner St. This bike tour around León offers a unique way to explore the city.
We will begin by cycling through León's historic centre, visiting key attractions such as Parque Explora, Complejo Ferial, Forum Cultural de Guanajuato, and Puente del Amor.
Next, we'll ride along the Calzada de los Héroes, and admire Arco de la Calzada, Temple of Atonement, and Manuel Doblado Theater. We will stop at various monuments to appreciate and learn about the cultural heritage of León.
In the final part of the tour, we will view the Murals of the Municipal Palace and visit the Museum of Leonese Identities. We will conclude at a shoe factory to discuss the significance of the leather and shoe industry in León.
We will enjoy a cebadina, the typical drink from León, before ending the bike tour back at the meeting point after 3 hours of pedalling.
