In this bicycle tour of León, we'll discover the city of Guanajuato. We'll pass by its most outstanding monuments and learn about its history in a very entertaining way.
Description
At the indicated time we'll meet at Wagner St. Let's start our bike tour around León!
We'll get on the bicycles and start pedalling to discover León's historic centre. The tour will take us to the main attractions, such as the Parque Explora, the Complejo Ferial, the Forum Cultural de Guanajuato, and the Puente del Amor.
We'll continue our tour on the Calzada de los Héroes, and admire the Arco de la Calzada, the Temple of Atonement, and the Manuel Doblado Theater. Throughout the route, we'll make stops at different monuments for you to admire and learn about cultural heritage of León.
In the final stretch, we'll pedal past the Murals of the Municipal Palace and the Museum of Leonese Identities. We'll stop at a shoe factory to discuss the significance of the leather and shoe industry in León.
Finally, we'll enjoy a cebadina, the typical drink from León, before concluding the bike tour back at the meeting point after 3 hours of pedalling.
