At the scheduled time, we will meet with a professional sommelier to learn about the Jurançon wine produced in this region of France.

You will discover how the drink became famous during the baptism of King Henry IV. Jurançon wine exists in several variations, with sweet wine having a denomination of origin since 1936 and dry wine since 1975. More than a thousand hectares of vineyards in the area are dedicated to this wine.
