Immerse yourself in the wild nature of the Amazon rainforest with this hiking tour from Leticia. Choose your preferred degree of difficulty and check out the local fauna and flora.

Amazon Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 8 am in front of the Ethnographic Museum of Leticia, then travel by minibus to the Amazon rainforest. After a safety briefing, we'll begin the hiking route, focusing on native species while respecting the environment. Depending on the selected difficulty level, you will follow either smooth paths or navigate steep and rocky trails.

During the hike, expect to encounter exotic birds, insects, and other Amazonian wildlife. There is a possibility to spot caimans from a safe distance. You'll also see the hidden canals and locals fishing in the creeks.

At lunchtime, we will stop for a picnic lunch in the Amazon jungle. After eight hours of exploration, we will return to the starting point in Leticia.

Difficulty level

When booking, you can choose the difficulty of the hiking tour. The easy route lasts three hours, the moderate route lasts five hours, and the advanced route lasts eight hours.
