Embark on an exhilarating rafting adventure on the Tenorio River! This river, located in Guanacaste, offers an ideal setting for rafting and promises an unforgettable journey.

Description

The adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Guanacaste. We will head into the lush rainforest of northwest Costa Rica to the banks of the Tenorio River, which originates from the Tenorio Volcano. The rapid waters create an ideal environment for thrilling rapids.

Upon arrival, we will provide all necessary equipment. After outfitting with helmets and life jackets, we will embark on a 10-kilometer (6-mile) rafting expedition, facing exhilarating drops and whirlpools while navigating class III and IV rapids.

As we paddle through the Costa Rican rainforest, enjoy the abundant beauty and wildlife. Look out for hidden animal species and cascading waterfalls.

After the adventure, a well-deserved lunch will be provided, followed by transportation back to your hotel in Guanacaste, concluding approximately 8 hours after the start.
