White Water Rafting in Guanacaste

Embark on a rafting adventure on the Tenorio River! Located in Guanacaste, this river offers an ideal setting for rafting and promises an unforgettable journey.

Description

Our adventure begins with hotel pickup in Guanacaste. We'll venture into the lush rainforest of northwest Costa Rica, leading us to the banks of the Tenorio River, which springs from the Tenorio Volcano.

Upon arrival, we will provide all necessary equipment. Outfitted with helmets and life jackets, we will embark on a thrilling 10-kilometer (6-mile) rafting expedition, navigating class III and IV rapids. Expect adrenaline as we encounter drops and whirlpools.

As we paddle through the Costa Rican rainforest, appreciate its beauty and vibrant wildlife, including hidden animal species and cascading waterfalls.

After our adventure, we will enjoy a lunch with a variety of tasty options. We will transport you back to your hotel in Guanacaste, concluding the activity approximately 8 hours after its start.

The tour includes pickup at the following hotels in Guanacaste, starting at 7 am: Tamarindo, Playa Grande, JW Marriott, Flamingo, Potrero, Las Catalinas, Riu Hotels, Playas del Coco, Ocotal, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama, Secrets Resort, Planet Hollywood, Andaz Resort, Four Seasons, Liberia, Guachipelin Hotels, Cañón de la Vieja, Buena Vista, Borinque, and Dreams Las Mareas.

All accommodations are located in Peninsula Papagayo, Playa Mansita, and Bahia de Salinas. During reservation, select your departure area.

If you're at a different location, we will pick you up at Rincón Corobici restaurant at 9 am.
