Day Trip Overview

At your chosen time, our team will collect you from your hotel in Lima, setting the course for the Ica region on Peru's southern coast. Get ready for an extraordinary adventure that intertwines history, natural beauty, and intrigue.

During the ride, we will stop for you to enjoy breakfast. After roughly three hours, we will reach Paracas, where a boat tour will take us to the Ballestas Islands. This remarkable archipelago is celebrated for its abundant wildlife.

For approximately 2 hours, you will navigate around its islets, observing the diverse fauna. In this breathtaking and untamed setting, you may encounter birds, sea lions, and, with a bit of luck, even Humboldt penguins!

Following our excursion to the Ballestas Islands, we will proceed to the Nazca aerodrome, where you will embark on a sightseeing flight above the iconic Nazca Lines. These remarkable geoglyphs, some reaching lengths of 656 feet (200 meters), stretch across the arid landscape, with their true beauty visible only from the air. During this 30 to 35-minute flight, delve into the mysteries of these ancient designs.

Upon completion of the flight, our next destination will be the Huacachina Oasis, a charming surprise nestled within the Peruvian Desert. Here, you will have time to have lunch. Later, prepare for a thrilling 1-hour buggy tour across the dunes, culminating in an adrenaline-pumping sandboarding experience.

As this exhilarating day draws to a close, we will make our way back to Lima, where we will drop you off at your hotel, concluding this enriching 16.5-hour adventure.
