On this food tour we'll savor Peruvian cuisine as we tour the center and districts of Lima such as Barranco, Pueblo Libre, and Surquillo.

Barranco Food Tour

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel to begin this tour of Lima, visiting two renowned eateries.

The tour starts at a local market in Surquillo with tastings of typical delicacies. Then, we'll walk through the center of Lima, exploring colonial-era buildings and significant monuments.

We will stop for a pisco cocktail, a famous Peruvian drink. You will also have the opportunity to taste delicious Peruvian cocoa.

Next, we head to the Pueblo Libre district to visit a chef who will demonstrate how to prepare ceviche limeño. After the demonstration, participants will taste the dish.

Following the ceviche, we'll enjoy a sweet treat in Barranco with 'picarones', a traditional sweet made from pumpkin and sweet potato. Finally, we will return you to your hotel.
