Huaral Province Tour
We'll pick you up at the indicated time at your selected meeting point in Lima to begin this tour of the Huaral province. On the way to our first destination, we'll make a stop for breakfast on your own, and then we'll continue to Hacienda Huando, famous for its orange groves.
After visiting the hacienda, we'll stop at the Velarde winery for a tasting of their exquisite wines and piscos, along with other liquors made from grapes, apples, and honey. Around 1 pm, we will stop at a rural restaurant in Huaral for lunch on your own, where you can try the traditional chancho al palo, a typical regional dish.
Next, we'll head to Chancay to see the location where the ship Covadonga sank during the War of the Pacific. We will enter the castle of Chancay, a mid-20th-century palace transformed into a theme park. At the castle, you can enjoy its cultural activities before returning to Lima, where we’ll drop you off at the starting point around 7 pm.
