Description
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel to start an exciting street food tour of Lima, discovering the rich flavors of Peruvian gastronomy. Our route will start at Avenida Abancay, where we'll cross to the local side of Lima. We will visit El Hueco market and walk among street vendors towards Chinatown, while explaining various curiosities about this typical market.
Upon reaching Chinatown, we will discuss Chinese migration to Peru and its influence, allowing you to taste local snacks like Choclo con queso, chicha morada, mazamorra morada, lúcuma juice, anticucho, and picarones. The tour will culminate with tastings of ceviche and a variety of tropical fruits. After 2.5 hours, we will end the tour at Parque La Muralla.
