Join us on a 2-day hiking tour of Marcahuasi from Lima, exploring high-altitude landscapes at 13,100 feet.

Description

Day 1

We will pick you up from your chosen location in Lima and head to the village of San Pedro de Casta. After a stroll through the village, we will have lunch, which consists of soup, a main course, and a drink.

Following lunch, a 3-hour hike across the Marcahuasi plateau will commence. Our steady-paced walk will lead us to the highest point to witness a sunset.

After sunset, we will enjoy a campfire under the stars and spend the night at the campsite.

Day 2

In the morning, we will rise early and explore the geological formations on the plateau, including the Sphinx, the Alien, and the Alchemist. We will visit the lagoons of Cachu Cachu and Huacracocha, observe the Lion King rock, and the Monument to Humanity, shaped like a human head.

Afterward, we will return to San Pedro de Casta for lunch before starting our journey back to Lima, with an expected arrival at 7 PM.
