Surfing Lesson at Makaha Beach

During our surfing lesson at Makaha Beach, located in the Miraflores neighborhood, you will learn to surf even if you have never tried it before. The lesson starts with a 30-minute theory section covering balance, paddling, and standing up on the board. Following this, participants will do some stretches on the sand to prevent injuries.

Participants will be divided into smaller groups based on age. Children will receive one-on-one instruction, while adults will learn in a group setting. After donning a wetsuit and appropriate footwear, you will spend 1 hour practicing in the water, beginning with smaller waves and progressing to larger waves as skills increase.

Hotel pickup

Hotel pickup is available from your accommodation in Lima, with drop-off provided after the lesson at Makaha Beach.

8-lesson course

For those interested in advancing their skills, our 8-lesson course is available. This includes two surfing lessons each week, lasting 1 hour 30 minutes per session. Scheduling for the lessons can be arranged directly with the instructor.
