Surfing Lesson at Makaha Beach

During our surfing lesson at Makaha Beach, you'll ride the waves at this well-known coastal spot in the Miraflores neighbourhood. The lesson begins with a 30-minute theory section to learn the basics of balancing, paddling, and standing up. Following this, we'll do some stretches on the sand to prevent injuries.

You will be organized into smaller groups based on age. Children will have a one-to-one instructor, while adults will be in a group with the instructor. After putting on the wetsuit and appropriate footwear, we'll head into the water for 1 hour of practical experience, progressively moving from smaller waves to larger ones.

Hotel pickup

We offer hotel pickup from your hotel in Lima and will take you to Makaha Beach for the surfing lesson. After the lesson, you'll be dropped off back at your accommodation.

8-lesson course

If you want to advance your surfing skills, our 8-lesson course is ideal. This includes two surfing lessons a week, each lasting 1 hour 30 minutes. You can arrange the day and time of your lessons with the instructor.
