Alicudi & Filicudi Excursion
45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta in Lipari, board the boat and set sail for a day of exploration.
We'll start our cruise along the coast of Lipari to admire the Faraglioni di Lipari. As the boat approaches the island of Filicudi, you'll also check out the Grotta del Bue Marino, the largest sea cave in the Aeolian archipelago.
Then we'll dock at the port of Filicudi and you will have two hours of free time to explore the island and have lunch. Visit the archaeological site of Capo Graziano or one of the island's viewpoints to see La Canna, a volcanic cliff over 80 meters tall.
After free time, we'll head for the westernmost of the Aeolian Islands, Alicudi. You'll experience the serene vibe of this small volcanic island, home to only 150 people and connected by a network of trails.
For two hours, you'll have free time to discover the island. You can visit the village of San Bartolomé and the church that houses the patron saint of the archipelago, offering views from 330 meters above sea level. You may also explore Contrada Tonna and its rural houses.
At the end of the excursion, we'll return to Lipari, arriving 9 hours after the start of the tour.
