Alicudi & Filicudi Excursion
45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta in Lipari, board the boat and set sail for a day of exploration.
We'll start our cruise along the coast of Lipari to admire the Faraglioni di Lipari. As the boat approaches the island of Filicudi, you'll check out the Grotta del Bue Marino, the largest sea cave in the Aeolian archipelago.
We'll dock at the port of Filicudi and provide you two hours of free time to explore and have lunch. You can visit the archaeological site of Capo Graziano or one of the island's viewpoints to admire La Canna, a volcanic cliff over 80 meters tall.
Afterward, we’ll head to the westernmost of the Aeolian Islands, Alicudi. This small volcanic island is home to only 150 people and lacks roads. The villages are connected by a network of trails.
You will have two hours to discover the island at your leisure. You can visit the village of San Bartolomé and its church or explore Contrada Tonna and its rural houses.
We will return to Lipari, arriving 9 hours after the start of the tour.
