Vulcano Excursion

Visit one of the most famous Aeolian Islands on this excursion from Lipari. Enjoy a pleasant cruise in the Tyrrhenian Sea, then take a mud bath or go hiking - explore Vulcano at your own pace!

Vulcano Excursion

45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta in Lipari and head to the pier where a boat awaits to take us to Vulcano.

On board the boat, we'll skirt the Vulcanello peninsula, once separated from Vulcano until the 16th century due to volcanic eruptions.

Continuing on our cruise through the Tyrrhenian Sea, we will admire sea caves, black sand beaches, the town of Gelso, and the main volcano on Vulcano. If weather permits, we will make a stop for a swim in the open sea.

Once we disembark, you'll have two hours of free time for lunch and exploration. You can hike up the Gran Cratere della Fossa to see its fumaroles or visit the mud baths of Porto di Levante, known for their therapeutic properties.

After 2 hours of exploration, we will regroup at the boat and return to the starting point, arriving 8 hours after the tour begins.
