Vulcano, Panarea & Stromboli Day Trip

Sail the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea to visit Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli with this tour from Lipari. Explore these volcanic lands at your leisure and enjoy their landscapes - three islands in one day!

Day Trip Details

45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta to board the boat for a cruise around the islands of the Aeolian archipelago. We'll first sail to Vulcano, our initial stop.

As we approach Vulcano, we'll sail around the peninsula of Vulcanello and the Baia Negra, seeing marine grottoes such as the Piscina di Venere and the Gelso Lighthouse.

You will have two hours of free time in Vulcano to enjoy activities like thermal treatments in the mud baths at Porto di Levante or hiking along the Gran Cratere della Fossa.

Next, we will head to Panarea for another two hours. Options include having lunch, swimming at Cala Junco, or visiting the prehistoric village of Capo Milazzese.

Afterward, we will proceed to Stromboli, where you will have two hours of free time. Recommended visits include the Church of San Vincenzo and its panoramic viewpoint overlooking the sea and islet of Strombolicchio.

At sunset, we will enjoy the sight of lava from Stromboli before returning to Lipari, approximately thirteen and a half hours after departure.

Important Info

If Stromboli is in a red zone due to a volcanic activity alert, and visiting the island is forbidden, the trip will be adjusted for safety. In this case, there will be a longer stop at Panarea and a panoramic tour from the sea around Stromboli to admire Strombolicchio and the Sciara del Fuoco.
