Berlenga Grande Day Trip
Participants will meet between 8 and 8:30 am, depending on the chosen meeting point in central Lisbon, before heading north to Peniche.
After an hour and a half, the group will arrive at this fishing village and board a boat to the Berlengas Islands.
Upon arrival at Berlenga Grande, the largest island of the archipelago, the tour will explore the biosphere reserve, walking through narrow streets and natural paths leading to the Sao Jao Baptista Fortress.
Participants will explore this medieval fortress located in the sea, accessible via a stone bridge, followed by a break to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The tour offers opportunities to enjoy the island's natural beauty through either snorkelling in the clear waters or taking a boat ride with a glass bottom to view the caves and grottos of the Berlengas Islands.
The tour concludes with a return to Lisbon, arriving at the starting point at 4 pm.
