We'll meet at 11 am at Ballysaggartmore Towers and begin exploring these enigmatic buildings in County Waterford, which have never had a specific function throughout their history.

The hiking route will take us around these curious towers, located 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) from Lismore. You'll learn about the legends surrounding this unfinished fortress while we explore the area.

As we walk, we will share interesting stories from the time of the famine to the life of the towers' owner, Arthur Kiely-Ussher, who started building them with the aim of surprising his wife with a great mansion that was never completed. This route is filled with intrigue!

We will return to the meeting point, concluding the tour at 12 pm.
