Tour of Darwin

After picking you up from the meeting point in Darwin at the indicated time, we'll board a minibus to visit the most important spots in the Northern Territory's most populated city. The tour lasts five hours, focusing on Darwin's diverse history, which includes over 60 nationalities and 70 ethnicities. Our first stop will be the Darwin Aviation Museum, located in an old hangar. Here, we will see historic planes, including those from the Second World War and the B-52 Stratofortress, a key piece in the collection.

We will explore the significance of Darwin's first air raid by a foreign force, often referred to as 'Australia's Pearl Harbour,' which was a pivotal event for the local population.

Next, we will visit the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, followed by a tour of the Darwin Botanical Gardens, one of the few locations globally that hosts marine plants. You will encounter exotic species while walking through the extensive grounds rich in local wildlife.

The tour will conclude at the meeting point.
