Best of Zambia 10-day Safari Tour

On this unforgettable 10-day safari through Zambia, we will travel from Livingstone to Lusaka to explore wildlife and learn about traditional culture.

Description

Day 1: Livingstone

Upon arrival in Zambia, you will be transferred to a hotel in Livingstone. After some downtime, enjoy a sunset boat ride on the Zambezi River to see Victoria Falls. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 2: Livingstone - Victoria Falls - Livingstone

After breakfast, we will visit Victoria Falls for a 2.5-hour tour of the waterfalls. Next, visit the Livingstone Museum and the National Gallery of Art before heading to Mukuni Village. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Livingstone - Mosi Park - Kalomo - Choma

Depart early for a sunrise safari in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, focusing on white rhinos. Post-breakfast, drive to Kalomo for lunch, then head to your lodge in Choma for dinner.

Day 4: Choma

Visit the Choma Museum, followed by lunch. Afterward, explore the Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute to learn about Tonga culture. Overnight stay in the village.

Day 5 and 6: Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute

These days will be spent at the Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute, engaging in music and dance classes, museum visits, and workshops. Meals will be provided at the Kalinda Choma Institute.

Day 7: Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute - Monze - Chikakanta

Depart for Monze, followed by a visit to the Samu Lya Moomba National Heritage Site. Continue to Mazabuka for lunch before reaching Chikakanta for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Chikakanta

Visit a traditional village and meet a Tonga family. Retire to the lodge for rest.

Day 9: Chikakanta - Lusaka

Travel to Lusaka, arriving around noon. Visit the Lusaka National Museum in the afternoon, followed by a farewell dinner.

Day 10: Lusaka

Enjoy breakfast before being taken to Lusaka Airport for your departure.
