Best of Zambia 10-day Safari Tour

On this 10-day safari through Zambia, we'll travel from Livingstone to Lusaka to see the most famous animals of the savannah and learn about traditional African culture.

Day 1: Livingstone

Welcome to Zambia! We'll pick you up at Livingstone Airport and transfer you to a hotel in the city. After downtime, enjoy a sunset boat ride on the Zambezi River, viewing Victoria Falls, before returning for dinner and the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Livingstone - Victoria Falls - Livingstone

After breakfast, depart for Victoria Falls for a 2.5-hour tour. Post-tour, visit the Livingstone Museum and the National Gallery of Art, followed by a visit to Mukuni Village, before returning for dinner and the night at the hotel.

Day 3: Livingstone - Mosi Park - Kalomo - Choma

Early morning, enjoy a sunrise safari in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, followed by breakfast. Then, drive to Kalomo for lunch and continue to a lodge in Choma for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Choma

Visit the Choma Museum after breakfast, followed by lunch at a nearby restaurant. Then, visit the Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute to learn about Tonga culture, staying overnight in the village.

Day 5 and 6: Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute

Days five and six involve cultural experiences at the Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute, including music and dance classes, museum visits, and handicraft workshops, with meals provided.

Day 7: Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute - Monze - Chikakanta

Depart to Monze after breakfast, visit the Samu Lya Moomba National Heritage Site, then continue to Mazabuka for lunch, before reaching Chikakanta for the night.

Day 8: Chikakanta

After breakfast, visit a traditional village to meet a Tonga family. Return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Chikakanta - Lusaka

Drive to Lusaka after breakfast, checking into a hotel. Visit the Lusaka National Museum before returning to the hotel for a farewell dinner.

Day 10: Lusaka

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before being transferred to Lusaka Airport for departure.
