Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Piazza del Municipio di Livorno. From there, we'll board a bus to travel to Florence. An hour and a half later, we'll arrive at our destination, the Piazzale Montelungo. You will have free time to visit the city's most important monuments. You'll receive a sightseeing bus ticket, which allows you to explore the historic centre of Florence comfortably.

During your 5 hours of free time, you can use the tourist bus as you wish. You can hop on and off this double-decker open-top bus to discover significant places such as the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Florence Cathedral, the Boboli Gardens, or the Piazzale Michelangelo. Finally, we'll meet again at Piazzale Montelungo to return to Livorno, arriving 8 hours later.

Florence Sightseeing Bus

The Florence sightseeing bus runs two different routes of 1 and 2 hours, with commentary in English on board throughout the tour.

Schedule

The timetables and frequencies of the two bus routes are as follows:

Blue line: operates from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Frequency is every 70 minutes from Monday to Friday and every 35 minutes on weekends and public holidays, including from 23 December to 7 January.Red line: operates on weekends and daily from 23 December to 7 January, with departures at 10:45 am and 2:45 pm.
