If you're in Livorno and want to discover the charms of the capital of Tuscany, this transport to Florence will make it easy for you. You can explore the cradle of the Renaissance aboard the tourist bus!

Description

At the indicated time we'll meet at the Piazza del Municipio di Livorno. From there, we'll board a bus to travel to Florence, the capital of Tuscany and the cradle of the Italian Renaissance.

An hour and a half later we'll arrive at our destination, the Piazzale Montelungo. From then on, you'll have free time to visit the city's most important monuments. You'll have a sightseeing bus ticket, the most comfortable way to explore the historic centre of Florence.

During your 5 hours of free time in Florence, you can use the tourist bus whenever you wish. You can hop on and off this double-decker open-top bus to discover significant places such as the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Florence Cathedral, the Boboli Gardens, or the Piazzale Michelangelo. You'll see it all!

Finally, we'll meet again at Piazzale Montelungo to return by bus to Livorno, arriving 8 hours later.

Florence Sightseeing Bus

The Florence sightseeing bus runs two different routes of 1 and 2 hours. You'll enjoy commentary in English on board throughout the tour. You can check the stops on the map.

Schedule

The timetables and frequencies of the two bus routes are as follows:

Blue line: operates from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. From Monday to Friday, the frequency is every 70 minutes. The frequency is every 35 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and between 23 December and 7 January.Red line: operates only on Saturdays, Sundays, and every day from 23 December to 7 January. It has two departures: at 10:45 am and 2:45 pm.
