Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Eurostars uHotel's entrance and depart Ljubljana, heading north to the scenic Julian Alps. During the journey, we will provide insights and interesting facts about the region.

After approximately one hour of travel, we will arrive in Bled, renowned as one of Slovenia's most famous destinations. Our tour begins with a visit to Bled Castle, where you can explore independently before reconvening with the guide. The fortress, located 130 m (400 ft) above the city, offers historical insights into significant figures associated with the site.

After the castle visit, we'll descend to the town for a boat ride to Lake Bled aboard a traditional Slovenian Pletna boat.

Upon reaching the lake's wharf, you will have 30 minutes of free time to discover Bled at your leisure, including a tasting of local snacks. Afterwards, we will return to Ljubljana.
