Description

We will meet at 21 Ciril-Metodov, near the Robba Fountain, to begin our free tour of Ljubljana.

Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, we'll explore the city's old town and learn about its history. Highlights include the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas with its green dome and 2 towers, offering insight into Slovenia's history.

We'll visit the Dragon Bridge, noted as one of the first concrete bridges in Europe. From there, we'll head to Preseren Square, dominated by the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation, famous for its pink façade. Visitors can also admire the Ljubljanica River and its walkways.

Next, we will cross the Triple Bridge before passing by Congress Square, the Central Market, the National Library and University, and the City Hall, while exploring the cobblestone streets.

We'll conclude our tour by discussing some of the city's legends. This free tour of Ljubljana lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, returning to the starting point.
