The Triple Bridge, City Hall, and Cathedral will be featured in this free tour of Ljubljana, showcasing the main tourist attractions in the historic center of Slovenia's capital.

Description

We will meet at 21 Ciril-Metodov, near the Robba Fountain, to start the free tour of Ljubljana.

Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, we will explore the old town and learn about Ljubljana's history from its origins to present times. Our visit includes the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas with its distinctive green dome and two towers, where the entrance door offers insights into Slovenia's history.

The tour will also take us to the Dragon Bridge, one of the first concrete bridges in Europe.

Next, we will arrive at Preseren Square, featuring the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation, notable for its 17th-century pink façade. Here, we will enjoy views of the Ljubljanica River and its walkways.

We will cross the renowned Triple Bridge, before proceeding to Congress Square, the Central Market, the National Library and University, and the City Hall, all while traversing the medieval cobblestone streets.

We will conclude the tour with discussions on various legends of the city, ending our free tour of Ljubljana after approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
