The Triple Bridge, City Hall, and Cathedral are key highlights in this free tour of Ljubljana, which takes you through the historic centre of Slovenia's capital.

Tour Details

We will meet at Trubarjeva Cesta 4 at the scheduled time to begin our free tour of Ljubljana.

Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, we will explore the old town, covering Ljubljana's history from its origins to the present. The tour includes visits to the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas with its green dome and towers, providing insight into Slovenia's history.

Next, we will view the Dragon Bridge, one of the first concrete bridges in Europe, before proceeding to Preseren Square, where the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation is located. This church, notable for its 17th-century architecture, features a striking pink façade and overlooks the Ljubljanica River and its walkways.

We will cross the Triple Bridge and explore Congress Square, the Central Market, the National Library and University, and the City Hall, while navigating the ancient cobblestone streets. The tour concludes after 1 hour and 45 minutes back at the starting point, alongside tales of the city's legends.
