Literally built on the side of a mountain, Predjama Castle guards some big secrets. This exciting tour takes you deep into the citadel before also heading to the mysterious Postojna Cave system.

We'll depart from the Eurostars uHotel in Ljubljana and head south, crossing the beautiful natural landscapes that surround the Slovenian capital.

After an hour of driving, we reach Postojna, Europe's most visited cave system. The cave is noted for its spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Visitors can also experience the cave's exceptional acoustics. A tasting of local spirits will be offered during the visit.

When the cave tour concludes, we proceed to Predjama Castle, located 15 minutes away. This citadel is unique as it is constructed into the rock face of a mountain.

During the fort tour, we will learn about the legend of Erasmus of Lueg, nicknamed the 'Robin Hood of Slovenia', who was betrayed and killed by one of his own men.

Once our guided tour of Predjama Castle has finished, we'll return to the meeting point in Ljubljana, with an expected return time of 5.5 hours after departure.
