Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon & Portmeiron Trip
Our tour begins at the Llandudno Railway Station. After a 15-minute drive, we'll arrive at the Great Orme headland for scenic views of the Welsh coast. Next, we’ll visit Conwy Castle, notable for its impressive towers overlooking the estuary.
Following Conwy, we'll proceed along the north coast of Wales, reaching Caernarfon Castle about half an hour later. Here, we will explore the medieval fortress and learn about its history related to King Edward I of England.
Our next destination is the Italian-style village of Portmeirion, where you will have approximately two and a half hours of free time to explore the local shops and restaurants.
After Portmeirion, we continue to Snowdonia National Park. At the Nant Gwynant Pas viewpoint, we'll enjoy stunning views of the landscape before visiting the Swallow Falls. We will also see the Ugly House.
The final stop is at Tu-Hwnt-I'r Bont, a traditional country house from the 15th century. We will conclude our tour by crossing the Conwy valley and return to the meeting point, concluding a total of 9 hours.
