Hike Details

Explore the coast of Asturias. We'll meet at the El Rincón de Pin restaurant, in Pendueles, to begin the hiking route along the eastern coast of Asturias.

We will hike through a protected natural landscape, starting in Pendueles, passing its bowling alley, church, and Casa de Indianos. We'll share curiosities about this town.

We'll continue along a section of the Camino de Santiago. After sharing stories of this route, we'll reach the Pendueles Beach Lookout for a photo opportunity.

Next, we'll walk along a coastal path to Playa de la Pica. After a stop here, we'll proceed to the Cobijeru Complex Natural Monument, known for its karst formations and cliffs.

We will visit its interior beach and an old tide mill. We will explain its operation.

In the final part, we'll pass by the town of Buelna to learn about locals' daily life and Asturian traditions. We will return to Pendueles 2 hours after starting to conclude the activity.
