Day Trip to Covadonga & Cangas de Onís

We'll pick you up at the bus station in Llanes, and head towards the Asturian part of the Picos de Europa National Park. Here, we will find the famous Lakes of Covadonga.

We will first stop at the Entrelagos viewpoint for panoramic views of the Enol and Ercina lakes. After enjoying the landscape, we will visit the Royal Site of Covadonga, including its basilica and the Holy Cave, where we will see the figure of La Santina.

After our visit to Covadonga, we will proceed to Cangas de Onís. You will have 2 hours of free time to explore the town, located on the banks of the Sella and Güeña rivers. You can admire the Roman bridge over the Sella River and visit notable monuments such as the church of Santa María de la Asunción and the statue of Don Pelayo.

We will reconvene in the center of Cangas de Onís and begin our return journey to Llanes, arriving seven hours after pickup.
