We'll see you at the scheduled time in Hort de Rei, just over 1 mile (2 kilometers) from the town of Llavorsí.

Once we've all arrived, we'll change into our wetsuits and explain this fun water sport to you. Hydrospeed involves making your way down a riverbed aboard an individual boat that you'll control with your body.

When we're ready, we'll get our flippers and safety equipment on and jump into the water. You'll be accompanied by the instructor, who'll be in a kayak, at all times during this activity in the Noguera Pallaresa riverbed.

You'll put your hydrospeed skills to the test as we make our way through almost 2 miles (3 kilometers) of continuous waves and rapids. We're sure you'll get the hang of it in no time!

After a thrilling 1-hour activity, we'll get to Moleta and take you back to the starting point from there.
