We'll see you at the scheduled time in Hort de Rei, located just over 1 mile (2 kilometres) from Llavorsí.

Upon arrival, we'll change into our wetsuits and explain this water sport. Hydrospeed involves navigating down a riverbed on an individual boat controlled by your body.

After preparation, we'll equip ourselves with flippers and safety equipment and enter the water. An instructor in a kayak will accompany you at all times during this activity in the Noguera Pallaresa riverbed.

You'll test your hydrospeed skills through almost 2 miles (3 kilometres) of continuous waves and rapids. With practice, you'll quickly become proficient!

After an exciting 1-hour activity, we will reach Moleta and return to the starting point from there.
