Immerse yourself in the marine depths for the first time with this scuba diving baptism around the island of Gili Trawangan, one of Indonesia's submarine paradises.

Beginner Scuba Experience

We'll meet at the scuba centre in the Pesona Beach Resort & Spa Hotel on Gili Trawangan. Your certified English speaking instructor will teach the basic principles of diving following the DSD program (Discover Scuba Diving). After obtaining your wetsuits, masks, tubes, and flippers, we will practice in the pool.

After the basics, we'll board boats to the dive sites. When booking, choose between one or two submersions. We will dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on oxygen consumption, exploring the marine fauna and flora around Gili Trawangan.

Following the scuba diving baptism, we'll return to the submarine centre to change into dry clothes.

Timetable

There are two time slots for this experience:

8:30 am: Introductory training followed by immersion at 11:30 am, returning to the centre at 1 pm.10:30 am: Training completion followed by diving at 2 pm, with a 60-minute break for lunch, returning at 4 pm.

Timetable varies by selected submersion.

Important Information

The minimum age is 10 years old.Prior scuba diving experience is not necessary.Before diving, you must complete a form certifying physical fitness.
