Beginner Scuba Experience
Meet at the scuba centre located in the Pesona Beach Resort & Spa Hotel on Gili Trawangan. Your certified English speaking instructor will explain the basic principles of diving and relevant regulations based on the DSD program (Discover Scuba Diving). After acquiring wetsuits, masks, tubes, and flippers, practice in the pool.
Choose between one or two submersions when booking. Dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres for 30 to 45 minutes. Discover various marine fauna and flora in the coastal waters of Gili Trawangan.
After the scuba diving baptism, return to the submarine centre for changing into dry clothes.
Timetable
Two time slots are available for this experience:
8:30 am: Introductory training; immersion at 11:30 am; return to the submarine centre at 1 pm.10:30 am: Training followed by diving at 2 pm; 60-minute break for lunch; return at 4 pm.
The schedule varies based on your chosen immersion.
Important Information
The minimum age for this activity is 10 years old.No prior scuba diving experience is required for the baptism.You must fill out a form to certify your physical fitness before immersion.
