Immerse yourself in the marine depths for the first time with this scuba diving baptism around the island of Gili Trawangan, one of Indonesia's submarine paradises.
Beginner Scuba Experience
Meet at the scuba centre at the Pesona Beach Resort & Spa Hotel on Gili Trawangan. A certified English speaking instructor will explain the basic principles of diving and important regulations based on the DSD program (Discover Scuba Diving). After getting equipped with wetsuits, masks, tubes, and flippers, you'll practice in the pool.
Next, board boats to dive sites. Choose between one or two submersions when booking. You'll dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres for 30 to 45 minutes, exploring the diverse marine life around Gili Trawangan.
After the dive, return to the submarine centre to change into dry clothes.
Timetable
There are two time slots for this experience:
8:30 am: training followed by immersion at 11:30 am; return to centre at 1 pm.10:30 am: training then dive at 2 pm; break for lunch, return to centre at 4 pm.
The timetable varies based on your chosen submersion.
Important Information
The minimum age for this activity is 10 years old.No prior scuba diving experience is necessary.Complete a form confirming physical fitness before diving.
