Prepare yourself for a journey through the eerie streets of London on this free walking tour.

Description

Meet us at Cleopatra's Needle as we embark on an adventure through London's ghostly streets, visiting historic sites with dark pasts. We'll learn about infamous villains, from serial killers and gangsters to monstrous figures that haunt these streets.

Our first stop will be the Thames Torso Murders, a series of brutal killings that shocked Victorian London. As we walk along the Thames, we'll uncover secrets hidden in the dark waters and explore this macabre chapter in the city's history.

Next, we will examine the London Monster, a figure that struck terror into residents, uncovering the truth behind this legend and the panic it ignited.

We will proceed underground into the London Underground. Hear stories of ghostly apparitions and unexplained phenomena. We'll return to the streets to learn about Spring-Heeled Jack, a supernatural entity that terrorized Londoners in the 19th century.

Passing by Banqueting House, the site of King Charles I's execution and his son Charles II's revenge, we’ll explore the dark legacy of this landmark. Our journey includes the tale of Amelia Dyer, whose criminal trial shocked Victorian London.

As we conclude the tour, we will visit St. James Palace, historically owned by King Henry VIII, known for its spectral sightings.

After two hours filled with chilling tales, we'll end the tour at Green Park Station, providing a deeper understanding of London's dark past.
