Explore the Castle's history: visit the monarch’s chambers, the Royal Menagerie, and locations of executions, including those of Thomas Moore and Anne Boleyn. The Tower houses the Crown Jewels, including St Edward’s Crown, the Imperial State Crown, the Cullinan Diamond, and the Koh-i-Noor, the oldest known diamond. Look for the six black ravens, as legend states their disappearance would lead to the Tower's collapse.
Yeomen Warders
The Yeomen Warders, or “Beefeaters,” guard the Tower and organize free guided tours every 30 minutes. These 60-minute tours share stories of prisoners, intrigue, and torture. Tours start at 10 am (Tuesday to Saturday) and 10:30 am (Sunday and Monday), with the last tour at 2:30 pm in winter and 3:30 pm in summer.
