Tour Options

During the booking process, you can choose one of the following tour options:

Ticket + Guided Tour (45 Minutes)

At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the fortress for a guided tour of 45 minutes, exploring the most emblematic sites of the Castle of Lorca and the Aljibe Grande. Castle Lorca, also known as the Fortaleza del Sol, was built between the 9th and 15th centuries and became the largest European defensive fortress. After the guided tour, you'll be able to continue exploring the castle at your own pace.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday at 10 am.

Full Entry Ticket (3.5 Hours)

This option includes the same guided tour at 10 am, with access to the rest of the fortress areas. There are different audio guide tours for various sections, including the gardens, Alphonsine Tower, Espolon Tower, Archeological Park, and Synagogue, allowing you to explore at your own pace.

Schedule:
10 am: guided tour of Castle Lorca with an English-speaking guide.11 am: entry to the Archeological Park and Synagogue with an audio guide in English.12 pm: entry to the Alphonsine Tower with an audio guide in English.1 pm: entry to the Espolón Tower with an audio guide in English.

Construction in the Complex

Due to ongoing restoration works in the Synagoge Complex area, the following spaces remain open: the open-air Archaeological Park, the Synagoge's prayer room, and the audiovisual area showcasing traces of Jewish culture in Lorca.
