Come and practice one of the most entertaining water sports in our introduction to scuba diving experience at Lord Howe Island. A brand new world awaits you underwater!

Lord Howe Island Scuba Diving Introduction

We'll meet up at 1:30 pm at Lagoon Road. Your instructor will be waiting for you for this introduction to scuba diving.

First, we will show you a video on some basic concepts about scuba diving and then you'll fill in a quick questionnaire to confirm your understanding.

Next, we'll familiarize you with the equipment before heading to the beach, where we will practice easy exercises in shallow waters. You'll soon be comfortable breathing underwater.

Are you ready? We'll venture into the beautiful seas of Lord Howe Island for approximately 40 minutes, depending on your oxygen supply.

If you pay close attention, you'll notice a myriad of different fish, colorful coral, and other curious sea creatures.

Once the immersion is over, we will return to the dive center and conclude at 4:30 pm.

After your last underwater immersion, you must wait at least 24 hours to board a plane or to enter high-altitude areas.
