On the Finca Antigua Winery Visit, you will taste three La Mancha wines from Cuenca. You will also learn about the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of the wines.
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the entrance of the Finca Antigua Winery to begin a guided tour of the estate, ideal for wine enthusiasts.
The tour will start with an overview of the vineyards around the winery, focusing on grape growing in Los Hinojosos.
Then, we will proceed to the technical tasting room, which offers views of the vineyards. This part of the tour includes an exploration of the winemaking process at the Finca Antigua Winery within its facilities.
During the guided tour, you will learn about the grape varieties, barrels used, and the winery's most renowned wines. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three wines paired with Manchego cheese.
The entire tour will last approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
