Finca La Pontezuela Visit with Olive Oil Tasting
At the scheduled time, we'll see you in Finca La Pontezuela's car park, where the guide will be waiting to take us inside.
Located in the heart of the Montes de Toledo, this spot specializes in the production of extra virgin olive oil. Our visit will begin with a screening to help us understand the local geography. We'll then visit the oil mill, where we'll discuss the production process behind extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
Next, we'll head to the Olive Grove Interpretation Centre, which features advanced technology, including video mappings, touch screens, and audiovisual installations to enhance your experience. The Finca has won recognition for being the best Cornicabra oil in the world.
The visit will conclude with a tasting of three types of EVOO, guided by an expert who will explain the different flavors. After 1 hour 30 minutes, our visit will come to an end and we'll say our goodbyes at the entrance of the Finca.
