Bike Tour of Vilamoura

Explore the heart of the Algarve with this fantastic bike tour of Vilamoura! We'll pedal through the picturesque streets and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet up in front of the Marina Arcadas building to start our bicycle tour of Vilamoura. During the 12-mile-long route, we'll pedal through this town discovering its many charms.

First, we'll head to the leisure port for views of the coastline and to admire the yachts that moor at this pier.

Then, we'll cycle through the city center and cross the Quarteira River to visit the Vilamoura Environmental Park: a 200-hectare site that is home to different ecosystems. Here, you'll learn about various bird species that frequent this area of the Algarve.

Next, we'll return to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Vilamoura. We will stop to rest and taste a traditional local sweet before continuing.

The bike tour concludes back at the original starting point after a total of 3 hours.

The minimum height required to participate is 3.6 ft (1.10 meters). Additionally, you must weigh a minimum of 44 lbs (20 kilos).
