Bike Tour of Vilamoura

At 10 am, we'll meet in front of the Marina Arcadas building to start our bicycle tour of Vilamoura. The tour covers a 12-mile route through the town, discovering its charms and hidden treasures.

We will begin at the leisure port, taking in views of the coastline and admiring the yachts moored at the pier. Then we will cycle through the city center and cross the Quarteira River to visit the Vilamoura Environmental Park, a 200-hectare site featuring various ecosystems including wetlands. Here, you will learn about the bird species that inhabit the Algarve.

Next, we will return to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Vilamoura, where we will take a break to taste a traditional local sweet before continuing our journey.

The bike tour concludes back at our starting point at approximately 12:30 pm.

Who can take part in the activity?

The minimum height required to participate is 3.6 ft (1.10 meters), and participants must weigh at least 44 lbs (20 kilos).
