Respect for nature, a wine tradition which has withstood generations, and a passion for winemaking - delve into the wine culture of Luc-sur-Orbieu. On the day of the activity, we'll meet you at the indicated time at the entrance of the Château de Luc.

We'll begin this guided tour of the Château de Luc by learning about the Fabre family, owners of this château since 1605. The estate has produced wines of outstanding quality, while maintaining respect for the land and vines.

During the tour, we'll see the main rooms of the Château de Luc, including the 15th-century underground cellar and 17th-century kitchen. We'll learn about the organic techniques used to produce its wines, distinct from those in the rest of Languedoc-Roussillon.

We will proceed to the old stables of the Château for a tasting of five or six organic wines, discussing the aromas and flavors to understand wine and its evolution. After an hour's visit, we'll conclude the experience and say our goodbyes at the Château de Luc.
