Day Trip Overview
Our adventure begins at the predetermined time with departure from the Landenberg bus parking. From there, we will embark on a picturesque drive through the Swiss countryside. Traversing the Brünig Pass, we’ll arrive at Interlaken, an iconic location nestled between two stunning lakes, where we will pause first to take in the views.
Continuing our journey, we’ll proceed to Grindelwald, a quaint alpine village set against the backdrop of the majestic Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks. Once here, you will have approximately 3.5 hours of leisure time to explore the area as you wish. Take a leisurely walk among the charming chalets, opt for a cable car ride to the First Cliff Walk by Tissot on Mount First, hike towards the serene Bachalpsee, visit the Glacier Canyon Grindelwald, or ascend to Pfingstegg for breathtaking vistas.
After your time in Grindelwald, we will regroup and continue our journey to Lauterbrunnen. This stunning valley is renowned for its 72 waterfalls and dramatic cliffs. You will have ample opportunity to wander its quaint streets and take in the sight of Staubbach Falls, recognized as the third-highest waterfall in Switzerland.
In conclusion, we’ll return by bus to Lucerne, marking the end of this enriching 10-hour excursion.
