Workshop Details
After meeting at the Braseando Experience restaurant, we will begin this experience. Participants will enjoy a unique culinary experience alongside a local chef griller. Hands-on preparation will commence.
The workshop will cover the secrets to a delicious Argentinian BBQ, focusing on the science behind it. Participants will prepare ingredients, tools, learn to start the fire, and season the meat and vegetables. The ideal grilling temperatures will also be taught.
Additionally, participants will learn to make the popular chimichurri and creole sauces and create tasty empanadas. Local wine or refreshing vermuts will be available for tasting.
The workshop will also include the preparation of mate, a drink cherished by Argentinians, with a historical context discussed.
When the BBQ is ready, participants will enjoy their meal at a table in the garden of the venue, surrounded by a family atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Mendoza mountains.
The activity lasts a total of 5 hours.
