Learn how to make an authentic Argentinian BBQ with a chef in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, using techniques from the west of Argentina.
Workshop Details
After meeting at the Braseando Experience restaurant, we will start this experience with a local chef griller. Participants will prepare ingredients and tools, learn how to start the fire, season the meat and vegetables, and discover the ideal grill temperatures.
We will prepare chimichurri and creole sauces, make the dough and fillings for empanadas, and enjoy local wine or refreshing vermuts. Additionally, participants will learn to make mate, a traditional drink in Argentina.
When the BBQ is ready, we will enjoy our meal at a table in the garden of the house with views of the mountains in Mendoza. The entire activity lasts 5 hours.
