Rafting Options
During the booking process, you can choose between two rafting options. In both cases, we will meet at Potrerillos Park, next to the Mendoza River:
Rafting of 7.4 Miles/12 Kilometers (2 Hours)
We'll drive for 15 minutes on Ruta 7 highway to reach a main area on the banks of the Mendoza River. After the guide's explanation, we will begin this perfect activity for beginners. Over 7.4 mi (12 km), we will paddle through class II and III rapids, considered moderate in difficulty. The activity lasts 2 hours, including 1 hour of rafting.
Schedule: this activity occurs from May to June at 11 am or 3 pm.
Rafting of 18 Miles/30 Kilometers + Lunch (5-6 Hours)
For this option, we'll head to Cerro Negro to sail along an 18 mi (30 km) route with class II and II rapids, lasting 3.5 to 4 hours. We'll stop at the river's shores for lunch at the former train station of Guido, including a countryside roast, cured meats, vegetables, salad, and fruit, with a beverage option of wine, juice, or mineral water. Afterward, we will continue rafting toward Tierras Coloradas, returning to the starting point.
Schedule: this activity is available from December to March at 11 am.
