Potrerillos Dam Kayak Tour

Kayak through the Potrerillos reservoir and enjoy magnificent views of the Mendoza River and the Andean foothills, an unforgettable route through nature!

Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Mendoza and head to Potrerillos Adventure Park. After an hour's drive, we'll arrive at this riverside park to begin an exciting kayaking tour of the Potrerillos Dam.

Upon arrival, the instructor will provide a brief safety orientation. We'll then equip ourselves and start a kayak tour through the Potrerillos Dam, one of the main reservoirs in Mendoza.

The trip will be of moderate difficulty and last 1.5 hours, navigating along the Mendoza River, which supplies the reservoir. Participants will enjoy scenic views of the Andean foothills.

After the kayak tour, you will have 4 hours of free time to explore the reservoir at your leisure.

Finally, we'll return by kayak to the starting point and drop you off at your hotel in Mendoza 8 hours after pickup.

Important Info

If the dam is at high capacity, we'll start the trip at Potrerillos Adventure Park. Otherwise, we'll travel by road to the Perilago area for the kayak tour.
