Luxor: Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel or boat in Luxor, starting your visit to the Karnak Temple.

Karnak, constructed over 2000 years ago, is the largest preserved Egyptian temple. Exploring it at twilight, with the temple illuminated, offers a unique experience.

The sound and light show at the Temple of Karnak lasts two hours. During this period, we'll enjoy a guided tour to appreciate the architectural masterpiece, concluding at the Great Sacred Lake, where we will observe the illuminated temple.

A pharaoh narrates the history of the New Empire's capital, with insights from historical figures including Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and Queen Hatshepsut.

After the show, we will return you to your hotel or boat, with an estimated arrival 3.5 hours after pickup.

Pickup

Please note that the Luxor hotel/boat pickup and drop–off services are included for those staying on the east bank (right bank) of the Nile River. Return will be to the same pickup location.

If your hotel or boat is outside this area, we'll arrange a meeting point on the east bank.

Included

  • Pickup & drop–off at your hotel or boat on the eastern bank of the River Nile
  • Transport by air–conditioned bus or minibus
  • English–speaking tour escort
  • Admission to the Karnak Temple sound & light show
