Luxor: Sound and Light Experience at Karnak Temple
Around the scheduled time, we will meet you at your Luxor hotel or boat, laying the groundwork for a remarkable exploration of the famous Karnak Temple.
Karnak, built over 2000 years ago, remains the largest intact temple complex in Egypt. While visiting during daylight is awe-inspiring, experiencing Upper Egypt's history at dusk, when the temple glows, is an invaluable moment.
The sound and light presentation at Karnak Temple spans two hours. This immersive journey includes a guided tour that provides a distinct viewpoint of this incredible architectural wonder, culminating near the Great Sacred Lake. Here, you can relax and watch as the temple is brought to life with brilliant lighting effects.
During the performance, the tale of the New Empire's capital is narrated by a pharaoh, complemented by stories from key historical figures like Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and Queen Hatshepsut.
At the end of the show, we will return to our vehicle to bring you back to your hotel or ship, anticipating an arrival approximately 3.5 hours after your initial pickup.
