Luxor: Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show

We will pick you up from your hotel or boat in Luxor for a visit to the Karnak Temple. This temple, constructed over 2000 years ago, is the largest preserved Egyptian temple. Exploring it at twilight with the temple illuminated provides a unique perspective on its history.

The sound and light show at the Temple of Karnak lasts two hours and includes a guided tour, concluding at the Great Sacred Lake. Here, you’ll experience the temple as it is illuminated. A pharaoh will narrate the history of the New Empire's capital, with contributions from historical figures like Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and Queen Hatshepsut.

After the show, we will transport you back to your ship or hotel, with an estimated return time of 3.5 hours after pickup.

Pickup

Please note that the Luxor hotel/boat pickup and drop-off services are included for those staying on the east bank of the Nile River. You will be returned to the same pickup location. If your hotel or boat is outside this area, a meeting point on the east bank will be arranged.
