Guided Tour of Lyon

On this guided tour of Lyon, we will explore iconic locations such as the Pink Tower, the National Opera, and Bellecour Square. The experience will include cultural and historical insights.

Tour Details

We will meet at Place de la Comédie at the designated time. The tour begins with a visit to the Town Hall and the Opera House, two significant historical buildings. Next, we will head to the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, one of France's most notable art museums.

The tour continues at the Church of Saint-Nizier, where we will observe its impressive gothic facade. Our next location will be Bellecour Square, among the largest rectangular squares in Europe, after passing through Jacobins Square, home to Lyon's most photographed fountain.

We will then walk along the Saona Riverside to Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon), admiring medieval architecture. We will learn about the Pink Tower and its notable Traboule as the guide shares stories. The tour concludes at the base of Lyon Cathedral, near Fourvière Hill, after a 2-hour journey.
