Tour Details

Upon arrival, we will convene at the Place de la Comédie. Our journey will commence with a visit to the Town Hall and the Opera House, two of the city’s most distinguished architectural gems. Next, we will proceed to the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, recognized as one of the premier art institutions in France.

Our Lyon adventure continues at the Church of Saint-Nizier, where its stunning gothic facade is sure to impress. Following this, we will make our way to Bellecour Square, one of the most expansive rectangular squares across Europe. Before arriving at this vibrant pedestrian plaza, we will stroll past Jacobins Square, home to the city’s quintessentially photographed fountain.

We will then take a pleasant walk along the Saona Riverside, arriving at Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon), where we can appreciate the captivating medieval architecture. Here, we will explore the Pink Tower and its renowned Traboule, as our guide shares intriguing anecdotes about the site. Our final stop will be the magnificent Lyon Cathedral, located at the base of Fourvière Hill.
