How It Works

The Lyon City Card is valid from its first use and can be utilized for 1, 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days. It is recommended to use the card in the morning to maximize usage.

Where to Pick Up the Card

To redeem the Lyon City Card, visit one of the following collection points:

Lyon Tourist Office: Place Bellecour, open daily from 9 am to 6 pm (closed December 25 and January 1).Part-Dieu shopping center: Place de l'Eau, open from 9:30 am to 8 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 8 pm on weekends (closed January 1, May 1, and December 25).

The app serves as a convenient tourist guide, providing information on Lyon City Card partners without internet access. Features include geolocation for nearby activities and links to your physical card for visit details.

1-Year Lyon City Card

With the 1-Year Lyon City Card, choose 4 attractions and enjoy additional benefits:

The card is valid for 365 days, is non-refundable, does not include public transport, and is sent via email 48 hours before the activity, eliminating the need for pickup.
