Our journey begins at 2 pm in front of the Lyon Tourist Office, where you'll board a minibus ready to embark on an exploration of the Rhône Valley renowned for its exquisite wines and cheeses. This scenic route will guide you through the famed Côte-Rôtie region and the stunning Pilat Regional Nature Park, distinguished for hosting some of France's oldest vineyards.

After a brief drive of about 30 minutes, we will arrive at a charming farm nestled within the park, where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with a goat cheese artisan. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll around the farm, encountering the goats and savoring the delectable cheeses they produce!

Once you’ve had your fill of cheese, we will proceed to a nearby winery, where you can enjoy a delightful pairing of wines with your cheese. Indulge in a tasting experience featuring 5 local wines, expertly matched with a variety of cheeses to enhance each sip. The distinguished selections from our region—Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, and Saint-Joseph—will surely elevate your tasting experience!

The excursion will conclude as we return to the Lyon Tourist Office at Place Bellecour around 6 pm.
