Description

Pickup will be from your hotel early in the morning, heading to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. The train journey showcases stunning Andean landscapes through a glass roof. After 1.5 hours, we reach Aguas Calientes.

Upon arrival, a bus will transport us to the ancient citadel of Machu Picchu. A 2.5-hour guided tour will follow, with insights from our guide about the site's history and significance. Explore various areas, including the House of the Guardian, to understand the Incan civilization.

After the tour, we return to Aguas Calientes, where you will have five hours of free time for lunch and exploration. We will reconvene at the train station for the return journey to Ollantaytambo, arriving back at your hotel between 6 and 7 pm.

Panoramic train

Travel through the Sacred Valley and Andes Mountains on a train with large windows and a glass roof, offering excellent views. Reservations can be made for tourist class (Expedition train) or first class (Vistadome train).

If alternative routes are sold out, scenic tours may be available for an additional guide fee (70USD for 1 person, 35USD for 2). If the tour is canceled due to strikes or weather, an alternative date will be provided, or a full refund (excluding the 200 PEN entrance fee) will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
