Day Trip to the Humantay Lagoon

At the indicated time we'll set off toward the town of Mollepata. Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a breakfast before making our way to Soraypampa. From there, we'll begin our 1.5-hour hike to the Humantay Lagoon, located over 4200 meters (13,800 feet) above sea level.

During the journey through the Andes Mountains, we'll enjoy scenery and learn about the plants and wildlife of the area. Once we reach the top, you'll have free time for pictures and to take in the surroundings. We'll then return to the campsite for a traditional lunch with views.

We will conclude by returning to our meeting point.

Pickup

Pickup is only available from hotels in the Plaza de Armas and the historic centre of Urubamba, Ollantaytambo or Yucay. For other remote areas, a meeting point will be indicated.
