Day Trip to Toledo, Segovia and Ávila

At the indicated time, we’ll meet in the centre of Madrid and travel to our first destination: Toledo, a World Heritage Site. Known as the City of Three Cultures, Toledo features architecture from Christian, Jewish and Muslim origins. We’ll walk through its old town, viewing sites like the Alcazar and the Cathedral of Toledo. If time allows, we'll also visit the interior of the Cathedral.

Next, we’ll head to Segovia, where you will have free time for lunch. After lunch, we will see the Roman Aqueduct and the external structure of the cathedral, followed by a visit to the Alcazar of Segovia, a historic military fortress.

Our final stop is Ávila. We will explore the walled city and its historic centre, including its well-preserved walls and the Ávila Cathedral. We’ll also visit the Mirador de los Cuatro Postes viewpoint for scenic photographs.

We will conclude our trip with a return journey to Madrid, departing between 11 and 13 hours after our start time.

Itinerary Order

The order of visits may vary for organisational reasons. Some days may begin with Segovia, followed by lunch in Ávila, and conclude with Toledo before returning to Madrid.
