Enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle of Madrid with this day trip to Guadarrama. We'll also visit Manzanares El Real and the Monastery of El Paular.

Sierra de Guadarrama Day Trip

We'll meet at the designated time at Plaza de España in Madrid, then board a comfortable bus heading to the Guadarrama National Park. Expect beautiful landscapes and notable monuments during the journey.

In less than an hour, our first stop will be the Manzanares El Real Castle, where we will view the Castle of the Mendoza from outside, an ancient fortress from the 15th century.

Next, we will proceed to La Pedriza for a walking tour to explore the area's geological richness, local fauna, and iconic sites in the Sierra de Guadarrama: the port of Cotos and Navacerradas.

Our route will continue in Rascafría, where you can have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, we'll see two key sites in Rascafría: the Finnish Forest and the Monastery of El Paular from outside.

Finally, we will return to Madrid, completing the tour approximately 10 hours after pickup.
