Ticket Details

Welcome to Madrid's Zoo Aquarium! This 20-hectare park, located in the heart of the Casa de Campo, is much more than a traditional zoo; it combines conservation, education, and technological innovation to offer a unique experience.

The park is home to over 3000 animals, from mammals and birds to exotic fish. You'll have the chance to see unique animals and endangered species such as Iberian lynxes, red pandas, Asian rhinos, giant pandas, koalas, and gorillas. You'll discover unique gems from the animal kingdom such as giant tortoises, bald eagles, and dorcas gazelles.

At three meters high, you'll admire the African prairie, home to species such as meerkats and the Madagascan lemurs. You'll then travel to another continent to discover America, where you'll find typical species such as the American flamingo, the capuchin monkey, and the American bison.

In Asia, the adorable giant pandas will welcome you, along with the Bactrian camel and the binturong, also known as "the forest climber." You'll also venture into the bear enclosure to get to know its inhabitants.

Next, you'll take a trip to Europe to see the European bison, moose, and boar. And you can't leave without seeing the Spanish imperial eagle and the tufted duck.

You can end your travels in Oceania, where you'll be welcomed by star species of the Zoo Aquarium, such as the emus and the sand tiger shark. You'll discover the incredible biodiversity of this continent as you marvel at the range of indigenous species. In the aquarium zone, you'll also get to see sea lions, exotic fish, and turtles.

Additionally, during your visit, you'll be able to interact with IrenAI, the Zoo Aquarium's virtual assistant, which will provide real-time information about each species and offer help during your time here.

Chinese New Year

If you visit the Zoo Aquarium between February 14 and March 8, 2026, you'll enjoy an exclusive programme celebrating Chinese New Year, allowing you to discover and enjoy several of its traditions. These include the Lion Dance, woodcutting and Chinese writing workshops, as well as a unique photographic exhibition on wildlife in China.
