One Pass for Madrid's Top Three Museums

The Paseo del Arte Card includes admission to the Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums, located in the Paseo del Prado area.

How Does It Work?

After purchasing your Paseo del Arte Card, you will have a year from the date of purchase to visit the permanent exhibitions of the three museums once at your leisure, in any order.

The museums included in the pass are as follows:

Prado Museum

The Prado Museum is Spain's main art gallery, inaugurated in 1819. It features masterpieces such as Las Meninas by Velázquez and The Third of May 1808 by Goya.

Opening Times

Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 8 pm; Sunday and public holidays: 10 am to 7 pmJanuary 6 and December 24, 31: 10 am to 2 pmFinal admission is 30 minutes before closing.Closed on January 1, May 1, and December 25.

Free Admission: Last 2 hours before closing daily.

Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum

Located in the Palace of Villahermosa, this museum has a collection ranging from the 13th to the 20th century.

Opening Times

Monday: 12 pm to 4 pm; Tuesday to Sunday: 10 am to 7 pmOpen until 3 pm on December 24 and 31.Closed on December 25, January 1, and May 1.

Free Admission for under 18s, unemployed, disabled (33% or more), and active teachers. Free on Mondays during opening hours and Saturdays from 9 pm to 11 pm.

Reina Sofía Museum

Specialized in 20th-century art, its main masterpiece is Picasso's Guernica.

Opening Times

Monday, Wednesday to Saturday: 10 am to 9 pm; Sundays: 10 am to 2:30 pmClosed on January 1, 6, May 15, November 9, and December 24, 25, 31.

Free Admission: Monday, Wednesday to Saturday from 7 pm to 9 pm; Sunday from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Temporary Exhibitions

This pass includes admission for a single visit to certain temporary exhibitions at the Prado and Reina Sofía museums.

Skip-The-Line Entry + Management Fees

Your pass allows you to skip queues at ticket offices. A management fee of 5.8 EUR per person applies.

Children Under 18

Children under 18 enter free and do not need to reserve the pass.

6 People Maximum

You can only book for a maximum of 6 people; each person receives their own pass to visit the three museums within the year.
